Attitude of Gratitude

Today marks another trip around the sun…a time to reflect on the last 365 days.

I look back on the last year and feel grateful for everything that has happened — both good and bad — and though I’m not in any rush to get to my next birthday, I hope that I’ll learn even more in the next 365 days and that I’ll be able to reflect on a year from now.

As I celebrate another year, I’m reminded of the importance of taking stock of what truly matters in life. Health is so important and I’m grateful every single day to wake up and push my body beyond physical limits thanks to the guidance of awesome coaches.

This past weekend, I had the privilege of spending time with my daughter, her friends and close friends of mine that are near and dear to my heart.

These moments of reflection remind me that life is not just about the milestones and achievements we chase. It's also about the people we share our journey with and how we spend our time, alone and with others. True friends, those you trust, who you can be truly open and honest with, who uplift and inspire us, are invaluable.

So, here's to the significance of self-reflection, the joy of spending quality time with loved ones, health and the appreciation of true friendship. 🌟

Let's remember to celebrate not just our personal accomplishments but also the connections that truly enrich our lives.

Thank you for all the birthday wishes, calls, texts, social media love and to everyone who has been a part of my journey. My colleagues, friends, family, clients and more! Your presence is a gift, and I'm grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for helping to make this trip around the sun even more meaningful 🙏🎈

It is about an attitude of gratitude. The joy of welcoming each day makes the difference in how we live daily.

So grateful for the life I live, the people I have met/meet along the way. All of you enrich my life every single day!
