PLEASE NOTE
Merchandise bought for the client by Spotless shall be reimbursed by the client within 7 days of purchase.
Retainer Fee:
Please add a note that a retainer fee is required based on the scope of the project. The agreed-upon retainer amount will be discussed and confirmed at the time of scheduling.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled job.
Weekend & Holiday Scheduling:
Services scheduled on weekends and/or recognized holidays are subject to an additional surcharge. The applicable fee will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.
